  • How do I pay to rent a princess, mermaid, or non mascot character?
    Princesses, Superheroes, Non-Mascot Characters, and Miscellenaous Services non-refundable deposits are determined prior to booking. Upon receipt of final invoice, an initial deposit must be paid via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Zelle. Upon arrival of the characters, the remaining balance is due and payment will be accepted via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, PayPal, or Zelle. ***We do not accept personal checks.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What happens if I cancel the one character or services I reserved?
    We understand that things happen and people change their mind. Cancellation of the one character you hired or services you reserved leads to a loss of your deposit. If you seek to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be administered (rescheduling is subject to availability of characters or services).
  • Do I have to pay a gratuity to the character(s)?
    Our performers always strive to provide the best experience possible for our clients. If you feel like they went above and beyond, you can show your appreciation by leaving a gratuity. It's not required, but it's always appreciated.
  • How do I rent a character?
    Once you choose the character or characters that you want, you should then choose the package you want. After choice of character and package, fill out the booking form and a member of our team will confirm your reservation and send you a secure link to receive your deposit.
  • How soon should I book in advance?
    The sooner the better as we work on a first come first serve process. There is a $50 rush fee for reservations made within 72 hours of requested date. Pro tip: the more advanced notice you provide, the more magical our characters are.
  • Will the characters arrive in costume?
    Definitely. They will arrive and leave in costume.
